Brief Update

So it has been awhile since I have posted anything, but that doesn't mean nothing has been happening. I have been busy exploring ways to expand access to Fresh Off the Roast coffee with new on-line and delivery options. I have also been continuing to tweak my roaster to make it more efficient and consistent; I hope to post video of the roaster in action in the next couple of weeks. I am also teaching myself the fine art of espresso, about half of which appears to involve trying to keep my fine Italian machine working. For the past week I have been waiting for some replacement gaskets. One of the kittens took the opportunity to learn about the inner workings of the espresso machine, herself.
